The commissions that you can earn with Safe very based on the advertiser you choose. Each advertiser is allowed to set their own pricing schedule, based on their budget. Many offer to pay in the range of 5 cents - 20 cents per click-through. Others offer commissions based on sales or leads that are generated through your referral. They generally range from $5-$50 per sale or lead. Safe take a 20% fee of all earnings. Checks are issued monthly and you can decide on which min. amount the check will be send.

(2) BannerPromo
BannerPromo is a pay-per-click ad network that pays on a very limited two-tier basis. They do offer a limited two-tier program, paying you 10% on whatever new accounts you refer to the network earn and they pay 2 cents per click for the first 200 clicks, 3 cents for the next 300 clicks and 5 cents for each additional click. As for the two-tier payments, you will need to accrue $20 in click-throughs before you are eligible to receive second tier payments. This means your site needs to generate 640 clicks before you can receive any earnings new affiliates you referred might have generated for you. Reports are issued by email on a monthly basis detailing your click and referral (second-tier) revenues. If the click account is above $20.00 you will receive a check for the total of both accounts. Checks are mailed out by the 10th of each month.

AdClub offers a pay-per-click banner network designed to help large sites fill unsold ad inventory or act as a single income source for smaller sites. All ads they sell are placed on a run of network agreement, meaning that they are generally untargeted, general interest ads. They also state that they guarantee all ads you display will be income-generating. If your site generates less than 1,000 clicks in a month, you are paid 10 cents per click. Sites that generate over 1,000 genuine clicks in a given month will receive 15 cents per click-through. Also note that to circumvent potential fraud, they have set a cap at 4% click-through, meaning that if your site generates a click-through rate higher than 4%, you will only receive credit for the first 4% of clicks. Sites must also generate at least 5,000 page views per month to join. They also offer a refer program. You earn 10 $ for each new member you refer to the network. Checks are issued each month, once 20 $ in commissions have been generated.

(4) Adsdaq
Adsdaq is not technically a pay-per-click banner network, but rather one of the few that pays based on impressions. They also offer click-through bonuses if the ads perform well, which is actually out of your control since you have no way to control which ads are displayed. By signing up with Adsdaq, you will earn between 25 cents and 75 cents for every 1000 banner ads your site displays. Although they claim you can earn up to 75 cents, for most sites, you will end up earning between 25 cents and 37 cents for every 1000 banner displays. They also offer a referral program that pays a measly $0.01 CPM on the ads that sites you refer display. To earn these referral payments, you must be an active Adsdaq advertiser displaying at least 1000 impressions per month. Hidden in the fine print is the dislaimer that 5% of ads displayed are to promote the network, and you don't get paid for those. Online statistics are provided and checks are issued monthly, once commissions have reached a reasonably low $10.

Banner Brokers have a different payout scale. Their minimum payout is 10 cents per click through, but their default advertisers are currently paying out 12 cents. You can earn 20 cents if you reach the criteria for the Premier Membership. Which means min. 750 clicks per month, a own domain and high quality content. They take a 10 $ application fee which will be added to your first check when your site is approved. Banner Brokers have two payout periods - 1st to 15th and 16th to the last day of the month. They mail the checks 10 business days after the end of the pay period once 25 $ are reached.

They also offer a referral program that promises to pay you 10% of what each new member you refer earns. Impressions and click-throughs are measured by their servers, and it should be noted that the HTML code they provide for you to display banners can not be altered in any way. Online statistics are available, as are email updates. Checks are issued monthly once you have accrued $50 in commissions. They only accept English-language sites, and require at least 3,000 page views per month to join.
